Our Seminars
Landlord Recoveries' has put together an ‘essentials guide’ for all property investor landlords. ’Understanding your buy to let residential portfolio – an essential legal perspective’ has been heralded by many as the ‘missing link’ for property investors.
The guide has been formulated combining extensive legal knowledge from both specialist barristers and solicitors together with practical experience from individual and group residential portfolio landlords.
“Being a landlord myself has helped me to understand what the ‘essentials’ are for property investors. There are countless television programs informing you on how and where to buy and how easy it all seems to be. The fact is many property investors are investing hundreds of thousands of pounds and are unaware of the legal pitfalls of letting. More importantly how to effectively protect their investment. They are losing thousands of pounds in unpaid rent simply because they do not understand their basic rights. I was lucky, as I knew the pitfalls and how to avoid them. The statistics don’t lie. I have been one of the one in three landlords who has encountered bad tenants. I however knew how to negotiate the legal maze with the minimum of fuss and more importantly minimum of cost. My guide is written to give you the landlord an essential guide to understanding your legal rights”.
