Landlord Recoveries excels in getting unpaid rent back for landlords.

Each year landlords are writing off millions of pounds worth of rent. They are doing this because either the tenant simply refuses to pay, the tenant has disappeared or the legal cost is too expensive.  Our rent arrears service is quick and cost effective.

Upon receiving your instructions and the whereabouts of your tenant we will prepare and send a solicitors letter to your tenant within 24 hours demanding payment of the unpaid rent.

Landlord Recoveries is not a debt collection agency. These organisations will charge you a high percentage of any rent they recover.  Landlord Recoveries only requires from you a one off small fixed fee payable on instruction.  A solicitor will be dedicated to your claim.  You keep every penny of the rent we recover.

If we think you have a strong claim and you ask us to do so, we will issue County Court proceedings against your tenant to secure the rent and enter a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against them.  We can also advise you on enforcement options should we secure a CCJ against your tenant.
