Overview / Our three steps / Notice
We will prepare all eviction notices within 24 hours of receiving your instructions. Furthermore, we will ensure that your tenant receives the notices.
There are two types of notice. Landlord Recoveries will advise you which notice is the most appropriate. Usually the tenant will have 14 days to act. If they pay or leave your property we will have no further involvement. If they do nothing we will proceed to step 2.
