Possession of property and rent arrears (s8 & s21)
The complete service - Landlord Recoveries’ own lawyers* will prepare and issue county court proceedings. The county court will set a hearing date. A lawyer will attend the hearing on your behalf. The lawyer will represent you and present your case to the judge, giving you the best possible chance of obtaining an order for possession. Let Landlord Recoveries take away the anxiety of standing before a judge. Our fixed fee for this service is £539. This fee is inclusive of the court fee (£150) and the attendance of a solicitor at the court hearing.

The Accelerated procedure (possession only - s21 only)
Landlord Recoveries offers an accelerated procedure for those landlords who do not wish to claim rent arrears but seek possession of their property as soon as possible. As long as the appropriate notice has been served, Landlord Recoveries will issue the accelerated procedure* and conduct the case on your behalf. Our fee for the accelerated procedure is £395*. This fee is inclusive of the court fee of (£150).

Court paperwork only
If you have the time and confidence to carry out the court process yourself (and taking time off work is not a consideration for you) but require complete peace of mind about preparing the complicated court paperwork, Landlord Recoveries will do this for you for only £170. You are then free to liaise with the court and take personal control over the court possession process*.
